Tile Roofs

Heritage Roofing Melbourne replace rusted valleys, re-bed and re-point loose and damaged ridge cappings that can allow water entry into the roof space, replace faulty flashings, clean off lichen and moss from tile roofs and can install new flashings to eaves, walls and chimneys.
We can also provide a painting service for chimneys and gables etc on tiled roofs.
If the gable end barge timbers are rotted we can replace these with new primed and painted barge timbers. If you have broken or cracked tiles we can replace these.

The chimney required repairs and sealing. All cracks and holes in the top and sides of the chimney were filled with high strength repair mortar. The chimney pot was given a new terracotta cowl and the pot was re-concreted at the apex. The sides of the chimney were given a coat of Emercoat Clear Sealer to bind and seal the old powdery paint, then coated with two coats of coloured Emerclad Waterproofing membrane.
